If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved order details, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
Because each mug is custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect personalization submitted by the buyer, or unsuitable photos supplied after production has started.
