📸 PHOTO GUIDELINES

A clear, high-quality photo will help us create the best possible result. Since a luggage tag has a small print area, photos with clear faces and a simple composition work best.

Please choose a photo that is:

1. Clear, bright, and in focus.
2. Taken in natural light whenever possible.
3. Close enough to clearly show each person’s face and features.
4. Free from heavy filters, screenshots, or blurry areas.
5. Not cropped across important parts of the face, head, or hair.
6. Taken from the angle you would like reflected in the final design.

For designs featuring multiple people, you may send one group photo or separate photos. Please message us before ordering if you’re unsure whether all faces will remain clear at the tag’s printed size.

Not sure whether your photo will work? Send it through email (support.team@nhiatelier.com) before ordering, and we’ll be happy to check it for you.

The final design is created from the photo provided. Details hidden by shadows, blur, hair, hands, or other objects may not be possible to reproduce accurately. Very small details may be less visible on the finished tag.
